What is your return policy?
We are committed to mindful, heirloom worthy materials. Our collections primarily feature recycled sterling silver and 10k-14k solid gold. Select pieces will have vermeil (thick coat of 14k gold over sterling silver) options. To ensure the quality of our pieces, our 14k gold vermeil is 20% thicker than industry regulation requirement. For our gemstones, each stone is hand-selected, featuring lab grown gemstones and diamonds to ensure beauty, quality, and sustainability.
For our 10k and 14k solid gold pieces, we recommend an occasional clean with warm water + mild soap + soft brush, then drying with a soft cloth.
For our sterling silver pieces, we recommend polishing with your included silver cloth as needed. Sterling silver needs less polishing when it’s worn, so giving your silver more love will help it keep its shape (my daily ring stack of 10 years included a near perfect shape sterling silver ring before the ocean claimed it on a surf trip!). While we like our silver jewelry with its the worn-in character, we recommend keeping your pieces in an air-tight bag when you’re not wearing them.
While our vermeil pieces are higher quality than industry regulation, to ensure your vermeil pieces look their best for the longer, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We want you to be completely delighted with your piece. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
In-stock items will ship the following business day (orders placed before 3pm ET). Exclusively for our NYC community, we offer complimentary same day pick up (orders placed before 3pm ET) or next day delivery.
